Key Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored support to pupils with SEN, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting teachers in delivering personalised learning activities

• Helping with personal care and daily routines as needed
• Creating a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to meet pupils' needs
