Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Watford / Hertfordshire
Salary: 85- 100 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) from September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time only position ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on the educational journey of students with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN

• Help maintain an inclusive and engaging classroom environment

• Foster student confidence, independence, and social development

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (in a school or similar setting)

• A positive, patient, and flexible approach to working with young learners

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
