Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a dedicated one-to-one Teaching Assistant to join a client college, providing high-quality support to pupils including those with autism or additional needs. You will help students access education, develop independence, and feel safe and supported.

Role involves one-to-one support, adapting lessons to individual needs, and working with a collaborative team to make a positive daily impact while helping students grow in confidence and life skills.

We are seeking a one-to-one Teaching Assistant to join our client college’s committed team, providing high‑quality support to pupils.
