Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fournir un soutien individuel ou en petits groupes aux élèves ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux.
• Collaborer avec l'enseignant et le SENCO pour mettre en œuvre les plans d'éducation individuels.
• Adapter les matériaux d'apprentissage pour répondre à différents styles d'apprentissage.

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools in Hillingdon from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

Key Details:

• Location: Primary schools across Hillingdon, West London
• Start Date: September 2025
• Role Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Daily Pay: 88 - 105 (depending on experience)
• Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children (SEN experience desirable)
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A genuine passion for working with children with SEN

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN needs
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Adapt learning materials and activities to support a range of learning styles and abilities
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils' emotional and social development
• Collaborate with external professionals and staff to support each child's progress
