Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Position: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: ASAP

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive academy school in Stevenage.

This is a full-time role working with students across various age groups who require additional support to thrive in their education.

The Role:
Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored learning plans

Providing one-to-one and small group support to ensure pupils reach their full potential

Assisting with classroom management and creating an inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working with children with SEN (essential)

A calm, patient and empathetic nature

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A passion for supporting pupils with diverse learning needs

Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
