About the Role:

In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with a diverse range of learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with individuals and small groups, both inside and outside the classroom, to deliver engaging learning activities.
• Implementing tailored learning plans and strategies developed in collaboration with teachers and therapists.
• Assisting students with their personal care needs (as required) with dignity and respect.
• Building positive relationships with students, fostering their confidence, independence, and social skills.
• Communicating effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for each child.

About You:

• You have proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school setting.
• You are passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can flourish.
• You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
