Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD in the Rushden area is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with diverse needs across primary and secondary settings. The role involves delivering one-to-one or small-group assistance and helping pupils access the curriculum in an inclusive, caring environment.

You will work across Rushden and surrounding schools on temporary contracts with potential longer-term and permanent opportunities, with flexible assignments and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is advantageous.

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Rushden and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and SEN professionals, as well as individuals looking to develop their career within education.

You could be supporting pupils across a range of primary and secondary school settings, working with children who have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language difficulties, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, or other learning needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Your responsibilities may include providing one-to-one or small-group support, helping pupils access the curriculum, encouraging positive behaviour and developing pupils' confidence, independence and social skills.

We are looking for individuals who are caring, reliable, patient and committed to making a positive difference. Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable, although relevant transferable experience will also be considered.
