Job summary

GSL Education Kent is recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Tunbridge Wells. The role is full-time and long-term, with a daily rate starting around £93.33+ depending on experience.

You will provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support, assist with interventions, and help create a nurturing learning environment while working closely with teachers and the SEN staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role preferred.
• Compassionate, adaptable and patient approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities
