Job summary

Milk Education are seeking a committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to work within a specialist school in New Malden. You will support pupils with learning and development needs, assist with lessons, and help pupils communicate and become more independent.

Location: New Malden, South West London
Pay: £105-£125 per day
Start Date: November 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Milk Education are seeking a committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to work within a specialist school in New Malden. This position would suit someone who wants to make a meaningful difference to pupils with additional needs by supporting their learning, communication and everyday development.

The Role

• Support pupils with a range of learning and developmental needs.
