Milk Education are seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional needs at a school in Kenley. The role is suited to someone who can provide patient, consistent support while helping children participate in lessons and feel confident in the classroom.

The Role involves supporting pupils with SEN during lessons, providing individual or small-group assistance, helping children understand instructions, and liaising with teachers to help pupils access learning.

• Experience working with children in educational or support settings.
• SEN experience is advantageous.
• Calm, patient and encouraging approach.
• Confident adapting to individual needs.
• Reliable and committed to children's welfare and development.

Pay: £100-£120 per day

The Role

About You
