Salary: £13.69 to £15.69 per hour
Contract: Long-term with potential to become permanent
Rikama Education Ltd. is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting pupils from Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 3. You'll be part of a nurturing and professional team, including a highly experienced Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students across various key stages.
Help students engage with the curriculum at a primary level, even within a secondary-age group.
Support the emotional, social, and educational development of each child.
Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN setting (particularly SEMH) is highly desirable.
A calm, patient, and resilient nature.
A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their full potential.
