TLTP Education is partnering with a Kent-based primary school in Orpington to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant for a Full Time role starting September 2026. You will support a Year 2 pupil, assisting classroom learning and personalised SEN strategies in a busy primary environment.

TLTP are currently working with a Kent based primary school, who are looking to recruit an SEN TA to work with a Year 2 pupil. This will be for the remainder of the academic year, at least, most likely being extended into the next academic year.
Are you able to engage children in the classroom as well as adding additional concentration and development of learning?
Can you build relationships with the pupils that support the children in the process of learning?

SEN Teaching Assistant:
The school is based in the Kent borough and provides education to children from the ages of 3-11. This school hosts a positive and work driven environment that flows throughout the staffing team and students alike. This positive atmosphere offers children a more engaging and positive outlook on education, promoting learning of the highest standard.
The school is roughly a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, as well as offering on-site parking for drivers. The school are looking for an experienced, adaptive, and positive teaching assistant that can assist and communicate in the learning of students, as well as bonding with children to create healthy relationships to assist children in the process of learning.
