SEN Teaching Assistant - Make a Real Difference Every Day!
Location: Meldreth (Cambridgeshire area)
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Term Time Only
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We're on the lookout for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic team supporting children and young people with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting students in their day-to-day learning and development

Helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment

Assisting with personal care and mobility, depending on student needs

Working closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual education plans (IEPs)

Encouraging independence and celebrating every achievement-big or small!

Experience and Qualities We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an SEN setting is great, but not essential

We welcome applicants with personal or professional experience supporting people with additional needs (e.g. family carers, youth workers, support workers, etc.)

A calm, caring, and resilient nature

A team player who's not afraid to get stuck in and learn on the job
