SEN Teaching Assistant – ASAP Start – Good Ofsted Secondary School

Role Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Daily Rate: £95 to £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-term

A Good-rated South Manchester secondary school is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion team immediately. You will work closely with students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 who require additional support due to learning difficulties, behavioural challenges, or special educational needs.

This role has become available due to unfilled vacancies, and the school is looking for a compassionate, patient, and proactive individual who can provide stability and consistency to the students.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with SEN students in a secondary school setting (preferred)

A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or SEN support (desirable)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use your initiative

Availability to start immediately and complete onboarding quickly
