Job summary

Teach Plus Limited in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school as soon as possible. This role is suitable for graduates or candidates with a relevant childcare qualification who want to support children with special educational needs.

You will provide classroom and individual support, help pupils engage with learning and work closely with teachers to promote positive behaviour and development.

Qualifications

• Graduate background or childcare qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

SEN Teaching Assistant

Start Date: ASAP Location: Lambeth Full-time or part-time Salary: £108-£115 per day

About the role and school

Teach Plus are working with a welcoming primary school in Lambeth that is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join its team as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or a candidate with a relevant childcare qualification who is interested in supporting children with special educational needs and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will provide classroom and individual support, help pupils engage with learning and work closely with teachers to promote positive behaviour and development.The school is looking for someone who is patient, proactive and able to build positive relationships with children who may require additional academic, social or emotional support.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
