Job summary

REESON Education is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time role at an all-through school in Hackney, starting ASAP. You’ll work across all key stages, providing one-to-one support with communication, coordination, learning and social development.

The students have a range of needs, and a passion for supporting people with additional needs is ideal. You’ll help pupils learn life skills and engage in fun classes like music, art, sports, and cooking.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with special educational needs across all key stages.
• Support life skills, learning and social development in class activities.
• Assist in multi-activity settings such as swimming, music, art and sports.
• Collaborate with therapy teams (where applicable) to support pupil needs.
