The role involves providing one-to-one support with communication, coordination, learning and social development. The students at this school have a range of needs so a passion for supporting people with additional needs would be ideal. You'll work closely with them in different classes like swimming, music, art, and sports. You might also get to work with therapy teams, like dogs and speech therapists.
