SEN Teaching Assistant Kingston upon Thames

Salary: £90 to £110 per day
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term

GSL Education is hiring an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a fantastic school in Kingston upon Thames. This is your chance to work in a rewarding environment that puts students needs first.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to students with special needs.

  • Adapt resources and support to individual learning requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure consistent support.

  • Encourage student independence and self-confidence.

Candidate Profile:

  • SEN experience essential.

  • Ability to manage behaviour and implement interventions.

  • Excellent teamworking and interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare.
