Job summary

I C Talent Ltd is recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Huntingdon, supporting pupils aged 3–19 with complex learning needs. You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, helping learners engage with learning and reach their individual potential.

We are looking for patient, caring and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting young people. Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential; transferable care or childcare

I C Talent is recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Huntingdon, supporting pupils aged 3–19 with complex learning needs.

The school supports pupils with EHCPs, including those with Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).

You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, helping pupils engage with learning, develop independence and reach their individual potential.

The Role

• Assist with learning and classroom activities
• Support communication, interaction and independence
• Help meet individual EHCP targets
• Provide personal care where required
• Create a safe, positive and supportive environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is patient, caring, reliable and passionate about supporting young people.

Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential. Experience in care, childcare, support work or similar roles would also be beneficial.
