Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a proactive Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Hounslow. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with autism, ADHD, and other needs, assisting teachers and therapists to promote inclusive learning.

The role offers immediate and September starts, with a daily rate of £90-£110 depending on experience. The position is full-time and based in Hounslow, West London. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Experience supporting individuals with SEND is beneficial.
• A positive, resilient, and adaptable attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

GSL Education is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to work within a welcoming Special School based in Hounslow. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs.

The school supports students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. We are looking for proactive, patient, and caring individuals who can provide consistent support both inside and outside of the classroom.
