  4. Provide in-class assistance to ensure students can fully engage with lessons and activities.
  5. Help students develop confidence, independence, and effective learning strategies.
  6. Manage and support students during transitions between lessons and other school activities.

  9. Participate in relevant training sessions and team meetings to ensure best practices are implemented.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students with SEN and making a meaningful difference in their educational experience.

  4. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  5. Have experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN (desirable but not essential).
  6. Be available full-time from March to the end of the academic year.
