Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking an enthusiastic SEN TA for a full-time placement at a mainstream school in South East London, Lewisham. Start date is immediate and the role involves supporting pupils with SEN and assisting the class teacher with daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 months SEN experience, be flexible in approach, and comfortable working in a classroom setting. Competitive pay and a supportive consultant team are on offer.

SEN TA

Location: Lewisham

Pay: 90 - 115 per day

Start Date : Immediate

An outstanding Mainstream School in South East London is looking for enthusiastic SEN TA for a full time placement.

All applicants must have a minimum of 3 months' experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and will be confident and flexible in their approach to working with students.

As a SEN TA you will need to feel confident within a classroom environment and be able to take direction from a class teacher.

The role will include:

• Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation
• Work with students who require additional support
• Leading group work
• Helping the class teacher with pupil observations
