SEN Teaching Assistant role

A community-led SEN secondary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with primary-aged students. These students all have a diagnosis of ASD with some SEMH issues. You will join a dedicated team of professionals working closely with primary students to ensure their educational goals are met.

The SEN Teaching Assistant Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with primary-aged students with severe learning needs (SLD) and ASD. You will provide one-on-one support, helping students engage with learning and develop independence, literacy, and mathematics skills.

There is an exciting opportunity to work at a small, community-based school in Wandsworth where your energy and experience will be valued. You will play an important role in helping the school meet the diverse needs of its students.

The SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities
