Oasis Academy Skinner Street in Gillingham, Kent is seeking a part-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support teaching staff and learners. You will assist the SENCO with developing educational provision, prepare learning resources, and support students on both class-wide and individual scales.

This role offers professional development, training, and progression opportunities. The contract is fixed term to July 2027, with a 08:30–15:30 workday, term time only plus inset days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths
• Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
• Good written and verbal communication skills
