Job summary

Oasis Academy Hobmoor, part of Oasis Community Learning, is recruiting two Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistants on a fixed-term contract (FTC) for 39 weeks a year.

You will support in-class learning, personalise provision for designated students with SEN, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 SEN TA qualification is required.
• Experience supporting learners with SEN is essential.
• Ability to work across the academy and adapt to needs of students.

The role is FTC with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.We're looking for a TA's who will support in class and help to personalise learning for their designated students. An understanding of SEN, autism and strategies to support would be advantageous. You'll also be someone happy to support elsewhere across the academy and ensure our students are given the targeted support to thrive.Ultimately no two days will be the same, you'll learn lots about our students and be a key person in their lives.About Hobmoor AcademyYou’ll be joining an Academy where relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Actual salary: will be pro-rata as the role is on a 39 week a year contract, with a 32.5 hour working week.
