At Long-Term Teachers, we're on the hunt for vibrant, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to fill a variety of fantastic roles across South West and Worcestershire. We're particularly interested in SEN teaching assistants who are comfortable and experienced in 1:1 roles, and are adept at supporting pupils with behavioural or complex needs.

Role Requirements:

As a SEN TA, it's beneficial (though not compulsory) to have experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care. It's crucial that candidates applying for this role have a solid understanding of behavioural management and any other additional SEN/SEMH requirements.

We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

- Comprehensive knowledge of support/intervention programmes for SEND

- Patience and a nurturing, kind mindset

- Flexibility

- Previous experience with SEN/SEMH

- Compassionate and proactive approach

- Successful experience working with children

- Passion for inclusive education

- Confidence, understanding, and open-mindedness

Working with Long-term Teachers:

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
