Location: Totton, Southampton
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier)

Pay: £13.75 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is looking for kind, reliable, and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools in the Totton area of Southampton.

• Support children with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties
• Work one-to-one or in small groups within the classroom
• Help pupils focus, learn, and develop confidence
• Support teachers and work as part of a team
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, or similar)
• A calm, patient, and flexible approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in helping children thrive
