Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Full-Time, East Grinstead) – Immediate Start

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in East Grinstead. This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible.
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Providing one-to-one and small-group support, particularly for children with SEN
Assisting with classroom management and learning activities
Helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly those with SEN
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
