St Martin's Cofe Primary Academy is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for our caring school community in Doncaster. You will support pupils with SEN, implement interventions, and help with Education, Health and Care Plans in Key Stage 1.
The role requires a strong commitment to safeguarding and ensuring every pupil feels safe, valued and supported to flourish within a loving church school environment.
We are a small school with a big heart and even bigger ambitions. At St Martin’s Church of England Primary Academy, we strive to create a special place where every child feels loved, valued, and supported. We learn about Jesus' teachings and how they can guide us to be kind to others, to help those in need, and to dream big dreams. Together, we create a community where everyone encourages and inspires one another to reach for the stars and become the best versions of themselves.
We are proud to be part of Infinity Academies Trust, a family of 20 schools in Lincolnshire. At Infinity, children are at the heart of everything we do. We strive every day to add value to our schools to enable them to be even better places for our children and young people to learn and grow. We are proud that our trust serves a wide number of different communities and is made up of different kinds of schools. It's this diversity and difference that gives us our strength and broadens our knowledge base of what works best for children.
We are to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our committed and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional practitioner who is passionate about making a positive difference to children's learning, progress and well-being.
We are looking for someone who can inspire pupils, support colleagues and contribute to the continued success of our school. Someone who can provide the love, care and support our children need, as well as carrying out interventions to support with their Education, Health and Care Plans in Key Stage 1.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, ensuring that every pupil feels safe, valued and supported to flourish.
As a Trust we promote the individuality of our schools and provide them with the freedom to develop their own strengths, distinct character and to meet the needs of their communities whilst at the same time seeking to maximise the benefits of being part of a larger network and organisation. Being part of a Trust gives our staff access to exciting professional development opportunities, gives children the chance to interact with others from different schools and provides challenge and support to school leaders through effective governance.
We are driven by a passion to do our very best for the children in our schools and we know that by working together we can achieve things that we could not do alone.
School visits are highly recommended. If you would like to arrange a visit, or have an informal chat about this vacancy, please contact Daniel Callaghan (Headteacher) on 01427 728258.
