The Role
A successful candidate for this position must be compassionate, understanding and patient. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working on a 1 to 1 basis with pupils with Education, Health and Care plans (EHCP’s) to support their learning, as well as encourage on positive communication with their peers.
You’ll also be work to alongside a strong, caring and supportive network of staff. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be radiating positivity and ensuring the individual is gaining the best experience and knowledge within the classroom setting.
