Job description

Join to apply for the SEN Teaching Assistant role at Vision for Education Ltd.

Key Details:
  • Excellent pay rate of £450 - £525 per week
  • Available for day-to-day supply or full-time roles

About the Role:

The school caters to students diagnosed with Autism and co-existing conditions such as ADHD, sensory processing disorder, learning disabilities, and more. You should be confident in supporting pupils with communication, eating, toileting, and sensory difficulties, and able to handle challenging behaviour with resilience.

Experience supporting children or adults with Autism is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. The role offers a chance to build meaningful relationships with students in a smaller class setting.

  • CPD training and additional courses provided
  • Dedicated personal consultant support
  • No hidden admin fees, pension scheme, holiday pay, and guaranteed work schemes
