Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? Do you have experience supporting students in a school environment? We are currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for a number of full-time positions in Camberley, starting September 2025.

Supply basis

Temp-to-perm

Permanent contracts

Whether you're an experienced SEN TA or looking to gain more experience in a supportive school setting, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development

Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or otherwise)

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training
