Teach Midlands is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a supportive school community. You will work with the class teacher/Inclusion Manager to support children with special educational needs, delivering targeted interventions and providing progress feedback.

You will supervise lunch times and contribute to a positive, caring environment that upholds our Christian ethos. The role involves 1:1 and small-group work in a primary setting.

We are looking to recruit a talented and inspiring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher/Inclusion Manager to support the needs of a child or children who have special educational needs.

We are looking for excellent role models who will inspire our pupils, be hard working, enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate about making a difference.

It is a requirement of this post that you undertake lunchtime supervision.

Role Summary:
  • To support children who have special educational needs
  • Deliver interventions based on learning plan targets, to both the specified children and a wider group of children across the school
