Job summary

Academics Ltd in Tewkesbury is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school. You will work with teaching staff and other professionals to support learners in behaviour management, engagement, and social-emotional development, within a positive and safe environment.

The role offers Term Time only hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with a start ASAP and a daily rate of £90–£105 depending on qualifications and experience.

A specialist School in Tewksbury is looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible! As part of this role, you will work alongside teaching staff as well as other professionals to provide tailored support to learners. Your role will be essential in helping learners manage and understand their behaviour, engage in learning, and build social and emotional skills. You'll also assist in creating a positive and supportive environment where all learners feel safe, valued, and understood.


Role Details


  • Location - Tewkesbury

  • Salary: £90 - £105 per day (DOE)

  • Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

  • Start: ASAP

  • Contract: Term Time only
