Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate should ideally have a recognised Level 3 supporting teaching and learning qualification. It is essential to have previously supported post-16 students with SEN or have a background in special education at any key stage. You must be a team player capable of managing challenging situations and using initiative to work independently.
