SEN Teaching Assistant

  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Long Term – September to July
  • £90 - £120 per day.
  • “Good” 2-form entry Primary school in the heart of Handsworth
  • One-to-one support with non-verbal and Autistic student in Year 3 and also general classroom support
The Role
We are currently on the lookout for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the Handsworth area on a long-term basis. This full-time post is due to start in September 2025 with interviews currently taking place.

The Candidate:

You will provide one-to-one and small group support to students with various needs, including, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and challenging behaviour, you will support the classroom teacher with creating an inclusive learning environment. You’ll support with the development of pupils’ communication, social and emotional skills.
