Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist education setting supporting young people aged 6 to 19 with diverse needs.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract (term time only) with a salary of £22,996–£25,068 and a £1,000 welcome bonus. Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with access to funded training and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist education setting supporting young people aged 6 to 19 with a wide range of needs, including:

  • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
  • Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
  • ADHD and associated challenges
  • Complex medical, sensory, and physical needs
