The Propeller Academy Trust is seeking caring, motivated Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEND at Fitzwaryn School and its satellite provision. You will help with learning activities, therapies and IEP targets, and assist with enrichment outings while fostering wellbeing and independence.
GCSE English and maths are required, and experience with EHCPs is a plus. Flexible hours including part-time options may be available to cover essential start and end times.
Working pattern: 8:45-15:15 Monday-Friday, including a 30 minutes unpaid lunch break. We support flexible working and will consider part-time hours, as long as availability includes the beginning and/and end of each working day, which are essential for this role.

Two purpose-built centres, located within a mainstream setting just four minutes from the main site, will expand capacity and enable up to 40 additional pupils to benefit from the school's outstanding provision.
