Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate SEN Teachers to work across Crawley in specialist provisions and mainstream schools for the 2026/27 academic year. You will deliver tailored lessons, support EHCP students and collaborate with families to enable inclusive education.

This role offers opportunities for permanent, long-term and supply placements with dedicated consultant support and ongoing CPD resources. Start date in September 2026 in Crawley.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is required.
• Experience in SEN settings is preferred but not essential.
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Support students with EHCPs and monitor their progress.
• Assess and adapt strategies based on student outcomes.
• Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs and families to ensure consistent support.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.
