Job summary

Pertemps Education Network is seeking a qualified teacher to join our SEN team in Wokingham. The role focuses on planning personalised SEN learning programmes, leading SEN support staff and tracking progress against EHCP outcomes.

You will work closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals to deliver inclusive teaching, with ongoing professional development and opportunities to develop specialist SEN skills. Right to Work is required.

Qualifications

• QTS required and experience working with pupils with SEN.
• Strong understanding of differentiated and inclusive teaching approaches.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Salary: MPS1-UPS3 + SEN Allowance
