Job summary

Pertemps Education Network is seeking a qualified teacher to join our SEN team in Wokingham. The role focuses on planning personalised SEN learning programmes, leading SEN support staff and tracking progress against EHCP outcomes.

You will work closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals to deliver inclusive teaching, with ongoing professional development and opportunities to develop specialist SEN skills. Right to Work is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver personalised SEN learning programmes.
  • Lead the classroom and manage SEN support staff.
  • Track pupil progress against EHCP outcomes and SEN targets.
  • Contribute to annual reviews and written reports.
  • Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
  • Support pupils with communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation needs.
  • Collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary professionals.
  • Contribute to wider key stage and whole‑school SEN development.
