Role: SEN Teacher with QTS

Location: Walsall

Start Date: September 2025

Days: Monday – Friday

Pay – To Scale

Balfor Education are working with a SEN School located in Walsall who are looking for a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join them from September 2025.

Located in Walsall, the School is committed to providing a supportive and consistent educational environment where all students are able thrive.

The school are looking for qualified Teacher who will be able to plan and deliver across Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will have proven experience in improving outcomes in Teaching and Learning, especially across Key Stage 2.

Some of the day to day activities will include

  • Delivering various subjects across Key Stage 2
  • Planning resources
  • Managing challenging behaviour
  • Liaising with Senior Leaders

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be able to make an impact on the lives of young people.

The successful candidate must have Qualified Teacher Status, as well as have strong behavior management skills.

To be successful for this role you will have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ESSENTIAL
  • Have proven experience of teaching Key Stage 2
  • Have an understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Have an understanding of Special Educational Needs
  • Have strong behaviour management skills
  • Be able to form positive relationships
  • Have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to pay for a new check to be done
