About Edgewood School

Edgewood School is a new, state-of-the-art independent specialist day and residential school for children and young people aged 7 to 18. Pupils have a range of needs, including Autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, speech, language and communication difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour.

The school is operated by the SENAD Group, which has 6 special needs schools in the East and West Midlands and Wales. Edgewood School will be the Group's 7th school. All our schools are graded Outstanding or Good by Ofsted and Estyn.

Position Overview

We are seeking a caring, passionate, and resilient Teacher who is eager to make a lasting difference to our students.

The successful candidate will lead a small class team, with a high staff-to-pupil ratio, offering a broad curriculum tailored to meet each pupil's individual needs. You will promote a love of learning and support pupils in making progress towards positive academic and EHCP outcomes.
