Job Opportunity: SEMH Teacher - Maths, English & PSHE

Location: Virtual | Contract Type: Long-Term | Working Hours: Ad Hoc

Leader Education is excited to recruit a passionate and experienced SEMH Teacher to join a virtual specialist provision supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher (QTS) who thrives in a dynamic, student-centered environment and has a proven track record of working with pupils with SEND.

About the Role:

You'll be delivering Maths, English, and PSHE to Key Stage 3 and 4 students (ages 11-16) in a virtual learning setting. Your role will focus on building trust, boosting engagement, and making a lasting impact on students' academic and personal development.

What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience supporting children with SEMH needs (KS3 & KS4 ideal)
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
  • Adaptable and responsive to meet individual student needs
  • Prior virtual teaching experience is essential
