Job summary

Aspire People are seeking an SEN Teacher for a specialist provision in Solihull, West Midlands. You will plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils with Autism, ADHD, SLD and PMLD, creating a safe, nurturing environment.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to support academic, social, emotional and communication development. Holds QTS or an equivalent qualification with experience in SEN; strong classroom management and communication skills are essential.

• Experience working with pupils with SEN, including complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and help pupils achieve their individual learning goals.
