Job summary

We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking a dedicated teacher to lead a small KS3 class at Severndale@MaryWebb satellite, delivering a varied weekly curriculum for the MLD/Complex-MLD group. The post may suit an experienced KS2/KS3 teacher with a caring approach and high expectations for classroom practice.

The role requires a can‑do attitude, commitment to personal development, and close liaison with parents/carers, colleagues and other professionals. DBS clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Key Stage 3 or 2 in a SEND setting is desirable.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and diversity in education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver engaging teaching across KS3 for the MLD and Complex-MLD cohort.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, other professionals and support staff to support pupil development.

Job description

We are seeking a teacher colleague to lead our small Key Stage 3 class at our Severndale@MaryWebb satellite, teaching a range of subjects across the week to the MLD and Complex-MLD cohort.The role may suit an experienced KS2 or KS3 teacher, who can bring both their caring approach andhigh expectations to their classroom practice.It is vital that the potential candidate has a can -doattitude and is committed to their own personal development in an ever-changing landscape of SEND.The main purpose of this post is to provide exciting and highly engaging quality teaching whichdelivers an appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of each pupil in accordance with the aims ofthe Academy. This will involve ongoing and close liaison wi th parents/carers, colleagues and otherprofessionals and support staff.
