Castlewood School in Birmingham is recruiting a KS2/KS3 Class Teacher for a hybrid primary model, covering Year 7 core curriculum with SEMH support. The role offers progression through Main Scale / Upper Pay Scale with SEN1 and a permanent, full-time contract.
Start date January 2027 or earlier if possible. You will teach core subjects (English, Maths, Science) and non-core subjects across KS2 when Year 7 is taught by specialists while collaborating with KS2/KS3 teams to provide a seamless

This role is centred on teaching a Year 7 cohort as a core class teacher, delivering a primary-style model of provision to support pupils’ emotional and academic transition into secondary education.
