Job summary

OFG Education is looking for a passionate SEN Teacher to join the specialist team at Bower Lodge School in Dibden, Southampton. You will deliver tailored lessons for students with autism and complex needs, collaborate with therapies, families and support staff, and help develop a nurturing, high-expectation learning environment.

Qualifications

• Deliver creative, engaging and adaptable teaching.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people and colleagues.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain high expectations while recognising each student's journey.
• Experience with SEND is advantageous.
