Job summary

A specialist educational organization in Horley is seeking a dedicated SEN teacher to support children aged 5-16 with autism and additional needs. The role involves working closely with small classes, delivering engaging lessons, and providing a unique teaching approach. Applicants must have a teaching qualification and QTS, with opportunities for fully funded training and career progression. Qualifications

• Ability to work with learners that have various learning difficulties.
• Willingness to learn and build relationships with learners.
• Teaching qualification and QTS required.
• Flexibility in approach to education is essential.
• Experience working in SEND settings is desirable but not essential.
• GSCE Maths and English required.

Responsibilities

• Teach KS1 & 2 learners in a therapeutic setting.
• Support children in their education with engaging lessons.
• Work closely with a team to deliver child-led lessons.
