Job summary
Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd is seeking a SEN Teacher for a wonderful independent day school near Meldreth, caring for students aged 6 to 19 with PMLD, MLD and SLD, including autism and ADHD.

Qualifications
- PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Knowledge of the Teacher Standards and expectations.
- Experience with SEN learning, including sensory-led curriculums.
- Positive teamwork and collaboration within a class.
- Diligence in assessing, reporting and recording.
- Ability to lead and direct other adults in the class.
- Role may require participation in physical intervention and personal care.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high quality teaching within an engaging curriculum.
- Strive to provide outcomes for learners with complex needs.
- Lead and support other adults in the classroom as required.
- Contribute to ongoing assessment and progression planning.
